Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) will support plasma center operations under guidance of Center Manager and Center Physician. Responsibilities include determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, notifying donors of unsuitable results, evaluating donor reactions as per SOPs, referral to physicians, supporting vaccination programs, managing employee incidents, and serving as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized. Scheduling Requirements Participation in a rotating weekend schedule; must be available to work during assigned weekends as part of regular shift rotation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, including graduate-level recognition of a nursing program meeting state requirements. Licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: LPN or LVN. Current CPR and AED certification. Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy. Completed FDA‑approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist. Two years of clinical or hospital setting experience. Benefits Competitive hourly wage range: $24.32 – $33.44 per hour.
