QA Engineer

QA Engineer Automated 3Client is seeking an experienced QA Engineer Automated 3 to support the PCS Contract Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of applications designed to enhance contract management, monitoring, and compliance systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, strong expertise in modern automation tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright or similar technologiesPerform manual testing when required to validate application functionalityDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenariosTrack and report test execution results and defects using JiraEstablish and maintain automated test schedules and reporting processesCreate and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)Conduct performance testing and analyze system behavior under loadSupport testing activities across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environmentsLead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as neededTroubleshoot and resolve test case failures and defectsCollaborate with development and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environmentParticipate in on-call support as requiredRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in manual test script execution8+ years of experience in automated QA testing8+ years of experience in QA test script creation8+ years of experience in performance testingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications5+ years experience in automated test case reportingExperience with JavaScript, HTMLAutomation tools such as Playwright, WebdriverIOPerformance testing tools such as JMeter3+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesTools such as Jira, XRay, ZephyrExperience in accessibility testing
