Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)Operate and maintain utility systems—including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, and compressed air—to ensure continuous facility operationsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtimePerform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure reliability and complianceMonitor and optimize equipment performance, including energy efficiency of ammonia compressors and boiler systemsMaintain safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, including PSM/RMP documentation and GMP standardsCoordinate internal and external resources to complete maintenance activities and support system uptimeSupport emergency response efforts involving hazardous materials and utility system failuresMinimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)Blue SealAmmonia experienceBoiler experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
