Brief Description job description Position Title EVP, Integration, Program Management & Innovation Business Unit Cross 4As Reports To CEO Category Exempt Location US Hybrid (Preferred Cities: New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas) Date April 2026 Position Overview The 4As is the voice of the agency community across America. The global ad industry will pass $1 Trillion in spend this year. The US is set to have $491 billion of that spend, representing 20% of GDP. By being the voice of the industry and shaping its direction, we uniquely honour our mission. Over 108 years, the 4As evolved from reacting to member organization needs to setting agendas, representing the broad agency community, and voicing our constituents in a complex ecosystem of brands, platforms, creators, technology solutions, and clients. To do so, we require a systematic approach to driving appropriate solutions for our members, keeping us ahead at business speed. In this role, you will relieve senior team members from execution, enabling them to spend more time on member value creation, avoid redundant processes, accelerate market reaction, ensure compliance, federate partner platforms, and realise revenue. You will act as an accelerant and growth enabler. Integral Components of the Role Program Management: delivers best‑in‑class execution across every and any channel Innovation: enabling amazing experiences internally or with partners, leveraging technology, CX, human ingenuity, and operational expertise Technology: ensuring overall technology and platform adoption remains best in class Ensuring that this team works in an integrated manner. The team holds a view of key activities across the 4As: strategic operations programs and tactical activations Position Responsibilities This is a new role for the 4As. The individual practice leads previously managed operations, working with Communications & Events to stage, publish, and communicate initiatives in a vertical delivery model. This approach encouraged silos. As the industry accelerates, we need integrated planning, standardized processes, and cross‑functional activities that amplify key go‑to‑market topics and restate our relevance. The EVP will lead end‑to‑end delivery across the 4As and, over time, the team will become the operational brain trust of the organization. Central Operations – Core Leadership The EVP will maintain horizontal visibility of all activities and flag to the CEO and ELT where review is required. The EVP will work with the ELT to develop a clear agenda for operational priorities, calendarize them, and review quarterly. The EVP will serve as the leading voice for all operations and delivery, including vendor relationships, in partnership with ELT members. Process & Execution The EVP will establish a connected and common way of working across the 4As—from briefing to technology adoption, program and event execution, and measurement. A smart, consistent approach builds muscle memory. Strategic workstreams and program ownership will be set up, with the EVP being the strategic owner of delivery across the company. Technology & Build Partners The 4As receives multiple invitations to trial, try, and understand new technologies. These relationships will be centralized through the innovation team, enabling a single, coherent view of technology partners and accelerating product and experience integration. CRM, Predictive Modelling & Tech Solutions Oversee the technology team developing our CRM solution across Salesforce/Nimble, maintain oversight of data lake work, and support comprehensive data and business process integration. Focus on a near‑time data view of members, optimizing and aggregating data sources into a coherent data strategy, and ensuring activation across all channels. Capacity Management: Planning and Prioritization Work with the ELT to maximize the capacity of our people, focusing on strategic value‑creating work. Implement and enforce a common and deep usage of internal platforms such as Asana. Define the toolset and stand down non‑compliant platforms with the full support of the CEO and ELT. Lead assessment and adoption of new tools in partnership with the ELT. Measurement Ensure everything we do is measured Set, communicate and roll back KPIs across the organization to align with macro KPIs set by the CEO, working with respective leads Bring a new voice of the 4As through the impact we create for our members via measured activities Management Weekly ELT meetings Board meetings Quarterly Foundation board meetings Strategic product reviews (Once the Product BU is stood up) Attending events and experiences to support execution through project management and optimise working practices You Will Drive Regular 1‑to‑1s with your team – at least weekly Quarterly operational debriefs with the ELT and bring learnings to the CEO Monthly build/technology partner reviews with your team The connected operations of the organization, becoming a valuable intelligence layer of the business Attend member‑specific forums agreed with the CEO to gain direct input on member needs Interface with legal counsel and shared services on execution‑specific operations and delivery Program Focus Program, process & SLA development for data updates Business process development for data capture Data lake processes and SLAs Build partners: trail, build, demos, member invitation programs Salesforce new capability deployment and training Cross‑organization activity measurement Pilots and proof of concept: end‑to‑end oversight and delivery Core 4As events – operational support Core 4As product portfolio delivery (transition from current practice lead model) Sales support: process to data support Requirements 20+ years of advertising and marketing industry experience, preferably with an advertising or media agency If resident in the New York area, this position will be considered a hybrid role Proven track record of successful agency and/or client operations at scale Extensive experience working with industry, technology and creative partners Knowledge of data systems, CRM systems and data projects Ideally experience running long‑term data projects Technical project and program management experience Scrum Master, Prince or other PM methodology experience A love of technology and broad exposure to it Experience of technology adoption and tracking Operational/user proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), data analysis, and sales operations Familiar with the full digital mix (formats) and digital ecosystem (platforms and social neighborhoods) Familiar with surveys, events, research, campaigns and all other areas of marketing Extensive network of industry contacts with the ability to engage C‑level executives and decision‑makers Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Comprehensive understanding of the advertising industry and ongoing study of new developments impacting it Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities to the very highest level Ability to work independently Experience leading experienced/C‑suite team leads and peers Strong team player, next‑level collaboration skills with others regardless of location Capable administrator who can assume a wide range of responsibilities and effectively execute multi‑faceted projects – the team of project managers will be led by you Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events Summary – About the 4As A 501(c)(6) non‑profit association focused on core values of Passion, Agility, Curiosity, and Collaboration.
