Program Supervisor

Job Overview Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Community Based Services program provides in‑home remedial intervention for at‑risk youth and families. You will be a positive role model and have an impact on families. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day operational functions and overall programming for Community Based Placement Preservation and Stabilization Programs Ensure all aspects of the programs operate efficiently and in accordance with Devereux’s policies and procedures Oversee and coordinate daily activities of Community Based Programs Participate in program quality planning and monitoring as assigned and manage a partial caseload Supervise Crisis (Family) Support Coordinators and DBT Coaches, ensuring staff development and clear job expectations Conduct annual staff evaluations for direct reports Attend to interviewing and hiring needs Conduct on‑the‑job training for new staff Address staff disciplinary actions as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field and one year of related experience Associate’s degree and two years of related experience, OR High School Diploma or GED and four years of related experience Minimum one year of supervisory/leadership experience required; one year of Devereux supervisory/leadership experience preferred (internal staff) Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards) Valid Arizona Driver’s License and pass DMV 36‑month history check Pre‑employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable) Drug test within 24 hours of offer with negative result Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain) Other Requirements Must attend mandatory new‑hire orientation Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm (paid) Must be eligible to work in Arizona Salary $47,736.00 – $52,509.60 per year Schedule Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm; on‑call hours and two (2) weekend days per month required Benefits Paid time off (24 days per year, increases with service); sick time (64 hours per year) Career accelerator program and tuition assistance Retirement benefits eM Life for Mental Health and Work/Life Programs; Service Anniversary Awards Free access to Payactiv to receive a portion of earned wages between pay periods Low‑cost medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance (30‑day benefit eligibility waiting period for new hires) Equal Opportunity Employer The employment policies of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health are to recruit and hire qualified employees without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, age, sex, marital status, national origin, citizenship status, ancestry, disability, veteran status, communication ability, gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation and to treat them equally with respect to compensation and opportunities for advancement – consistent with their skills and the needs of Devereux. #J-18808-Ljbffr Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health
