Program Supervisor

Terros Health and Lifewell have joined forces to provide extraordinary care by empowered people through exceptional outcomes.HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALINGUnder supervision of Program leadership, the Program Supervisor plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the assigned Terros Health - Community Living Program/Flexcare Program location in providing clinical therapeutic services to an adult population composed of substance-using, SMI, dual-diagnosed and/or referred persons. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned location and employees, to include performance management, training, scheduling/coverage, crisis management, client screenings/assessments and required documentation.Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/weekM-F 8:30a - 5:30pLocation: 8th St and Indian School, Phoenix, AZ 85014Additional Language Differential Pay AvailableFull Benefits Package, including 401KGenerous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1)Duties Include:Directs program functions; implements standards, policies, and procedures governing the performance of the programRevises services according to demonstrated client need and the program’s contractual requirementsDevelops and implements site-specific plans that support Terros Health's strategic planDevelops program goals and objectivesDefines and recommends objectives at site and issues specific objectives to direct reportsRefers to the Program Manager or Director on matters requiring clarification, interpretation, or exception to policy or budget, develops and implements plans for program staffing patterns and facilitiesCoordinates communication and collaborates with other components of the organization and outside agencies involved with the programSeeks mutual agreement on problems involving coordinationConsults with all segments of management responsible for policy or actionKeeps supervisor and employees informed as to program plans and progressFosters strong community relations and maintains productive working relationships with neighbors, landlords, area professionals, and organizations to coordinate client servicesCollects and maintains quality improvement data and program performance measurementsGenerates and maintains medical, organization, and program records including conducting preliminary and followup auditsRequests and receives information, and updates information/forms according to established formats and timelinesSelects and maintains qualified employees in all assigned program positionsProvides orientation and on-the-job training for direct reportsEnsures that the duties, responsibilities, authority, accountability, and performance standards of all direct reports are defined and understoodIdentifies training needs, initiates development of direct reports, proactively manages performance and conducts performance reviews as requiredBenefits & Wellness:Multiple medical plans - including a no premium plan for employees and their familiesMultiple dental plans - including orthodontiaFinancial well-being - 401(k) with a company match, interest free medical line of credit, financial education, planning, and support4 Weeks of paid time off in the first yearWellness programPet InsuranceGroup life and disability insuranceEmployee Assistance Program for the Whole FamilyPersonal and family mental and physical health accessProfessional growth & development - including scholarships, clinical supervision, and CEUsTuition discounts with GCU and The University of PhoenixWorking Advantage - Employee perks and discountsGym membershipsCar rentalsFlights, hotels, movies and moreAdditional language pay differentialA bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field and a combination of education and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling two years; ORA non-behavioral health field bachelor’s degree and a combination of coursework in a field related to behavioral health and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling four years; ORA high school diploma/GED and a combination of post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling six years.One year of supervisory experience, in a behavioral health setting preferred.Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment.Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policyMinimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.Education/Experience:High School Diploma or GED, as well as a combination of post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling six (6) years, ORAn associate’s degree in the behavioral health field and a combination of education and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling four (4) years, ORA bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field and a combination of education and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling two (2) year, ORA master’s degree in the behavioral health field.A minimum of 1 year supervisor experience, preferred.Customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to utilize critical thinking skills and work independently, with flexibility, and within prescribed deadlines.Proficiency with computer-based systems including electronic health records, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products.Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with a minimum of 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policyMust have a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or apply for an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card within 7 working days of assuming role.Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.Must pass a typing assessment with a speed of at least 25 wpm. #J-18808-Ljbffr TERRO
