Terros Health and Lifewell have joined forces to provide extraordinary care by empowered people through exceptional outcomes.HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALINGUnder supervision of Program leadership, the Program Supervisor plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the assigned Terros Health - Community Living Program/Flexcare Program location in providing clinical therapeutic services to an adult population composed of substance-using, SMI, dual-diagnosed and/or referred persons. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policyMinimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.Education/Experience:High School Diploma or GED, as well as a combination of post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling six (6) years, ORAn associate’s degree in the behavioral health field and a combination of education and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling four (4) years, ORA bachelor’s degree in the behavioral health field and a combination of education and full-time relevant experience in a behavioral health setting totaling two (2) year, ORA master’s degree in the behavioral health field.A minimum of 1 year supervisor experience, preferred.Customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to utilize critical thinking skills and work independently, with flexibility, and within prescribed deadlines.Proficiency with computer-based systems including electronic health records, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products.Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with a minimum of 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policyMust have a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or apply for an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card within 7 working days of assuming role.Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.Must pass a typing assessment with a speed of at least 25 wpm. #J-18808-Ljbffr TERRO
