Accounts Payable Specialist

What your future day will look like: Process 2,500+ invoices monthly, ensuring they are paid accurately and on time Perform 3 way match File all documents with correct journal number and date Review AP journals daily, and assist with month end closing Process stock invoices and billing for direct shipments Benefits Offered: Full benefits including generous PTO, medical, dental, vision and 401k match.
