Toyota of Thousand Oaks is looking for a high-energy Internet Sales Specialist to join our premier team in the Conejo Valley. As one of the top-performing brands in Southern California, we need a digital pro who can turn clicks into sales. The Opportunity Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Earning Potential: $70,000 $160,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses). Schedule: Full-time, including weekends. What You'll Do Master the Lead: Respond to high-volume internet inquiries with lightning speed and professional flair. Be ready to be phone ninja with focus to make over 120+ quality phone calls. Consult & Convert: Guide customers through the digital car-buying process, from virtual walkarounds to final delivery. Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM to nurture leads, set appointments, and maintain a robust pipeline of repeat business. Stay Current: Become a Toyota product expert, mastering everything from the Hybrid RAV4 to the Tundra I-FORCE MAX. Drive: A "hunter" mentality with the discipline to follow up until the deal is done.
