Heist Brewery & Barrel Arts of Charlotte, NC is looking for one pizza chef to join us at our new facility -located at 1030 Woodward Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Experience with a wood-fired oven is preferred. Responsibilities Stretch pizza dough Build pizzas as per specification Stock ingredients Build and maintain a wood-fired oven Prepare simple recipes Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace Qualifications Prior kitchen line experience Evening availability Reliable transportation Attention to detail Good work ethic & positive attitude We are looking forward to hearing from you. About Heist Brewery is Charlotte's own brewpub located in the heart of the NoDa arts district of Charlotte!
