Job Description:

The Associate Analyst supports AI and data quality projects by evaluating, labeling, annotating, reviewing, and curating large data sets according to detailed client guidelines and quality standards.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, quality-focused, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to maintain accuracy and productivity while managing a high volume of work. You will monitor and document assigned auditing tasks, prioritize work appropriately, attend team meetings, and assist with additional project activities as needed.

After completing the required training and qualifications, must follow continuously updated project guidelines, apply feedback consistently, and adapt to changing instructions throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, label, annotate, review, and curate data according to detailed client guidelines and quality rubrics.
• Review work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project quality standards.
• Maintain consistent productivity and high-quality performance while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.
• Monitor, prioritize, and document weekly auditing assignments.
• Work independently while meeting team expectations, deadlines, and established productivity targets.
• Follow evolving instructions and apply feedback consistently across assigned tasks.
• Identify unclear data, unusual cases, or potential guideline issues and escalate them through the appropriate channels.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and identified quality issues.
• Use internal annotation tools, platforms, and web-based applications efficiently.
• Participate in weekly meetings, team communications, training sessions, and project-related activities.
• Use Microsoft 365 applications, including Edge, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Comfort learning and using web-based tools and internal platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or another relevant field.
• Previous experience in data annotation, data labeling, data entry, transcription, quality assurance, quality auditing, or data review.
• Experience using data labeling or annotation platforms.
• Familiarity with search engines such as Google and Bing.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data quality work.
• Ability to work effectively with frequently updated project requirements and guidelines.
