Associate Actuary - Value Based Payments (Seattle Health)

Milliman's Seattle Health Practice is looking for an ASA with experience in health actuarial work with a focus on Value Based Payments (VBP) in government programs (Medicare, Medicaid). The position requires creative actuarial capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational talents. It is preferred that this employee work in-office, but remote candidates anywhere in the US will be considered.CompensationThe overall salary range for this role is $88,800 - $208,380. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. For candidates residing in:Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia:$102,120 - $184,460 if overall experience is less than 10 years; and$115,460 - $208,380 for experience greater than 10 years.All other states:$88,800 - $160,400 if overall experience is less than 10 years; and$100,400 - $181,200 for experience greater than 10 years.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and well-being.
