Distribution Supervisor (First Shift)

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Distribution Supervisor for first-shift operations at its Hebron, Kentucky distribution center. The role involves leading 20+ associates in daily logistics operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and develop team of 20+ associates in fast-paced distribution center
- Coordinate with other supervisors to execute productivity plans aligned with forecasts and labor balancing
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement lean process improvements to achieve operational goals
- Provide performance feedback, development opportunities, and monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports
- Foster culture of accountability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while enforcing compliance policies
Requirements
- High school diploma with 8+ years experience, or bachelor's degree with 5+ years, or master's with 3+ years
- 2.5+ years leading teams of 10+ associates in warehouse environments
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, preferably Oracle; intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Lean/Six Sigma experience in continuous improvement environments
- Strong decision-making and collaboration skills in ambiguous situations
