As a Facility Manager, you will support the daily operations of our properties, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and efficient. You will work closely with maintenance staff, vendors, and property teams to uphold the quality and standards of CT Green Property in the construction industry.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $74,500 - $106,500, along with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services
• Inspect buildings and equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Manage work orders and track completion status
• Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues
• Support budget management by monitoring expenses and supplies
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
