We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow MESO's presence across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. This is a field-driven, relationship-focused sales role for someone who thrives on face-to-face selling, regional travel, and building trust with customers who rely on their equipment every day.

Must live in either Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow MESO's customer base across the Southeast• Identify and secure new business through cold outreach, jobsite visits, referrals, and industry networking• Serve as an active field presence, traveling throughout the region to meet customers and support sales initiatives• Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet managers, operations leaders, and decision-makers• Lead contract discussions and close service agreements aligned with company growth goals• Partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer satisfaction• Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities• Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting• Represent MESO at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Five or more years of B2B sales experience , ideally in fleet services, mobile repair, construction equipment, diesel service, or related industries
• Lives in one of the states, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida • Proven ability to develop new business and manage a multi-state sales territory• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and frontline operations teams• Willingness to travel approximately 75 percent across NC, SC, GA, and FL• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
