Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to NICU patients by utilizing the Nursing Process according to the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff.
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, along with prior travel experience.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE.
• Ability to wear Navy scrubs during shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to work nights.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
