Our service area covers 14 counties, from the front range to the Kansas border, with locations throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Compensation (Pay): $21.43 to $31.07/per hour based on experience. A $1000 sign on bonus will be paid in the following manner: $300 payout upon 30 days of employment, $300 payout upon 90 days of employment, and $400 payout upon one year of employment*. *Current employees are not eligible for the sign on bonus. Loyalty Bonus - $1200 upon 1 year of service and then a $300 payout for every additional 3 months worked. This applies to only FT employees. The amount will be prorated for PT employees.

Job Summary: Performs those duties to assist the Clinical Dental Director (CDD), Dental Operations Director (DOD), Dentists, and Hygienists in the care and treatment of patients including but not limited to assisting with amalgam and resin restorations, endodontics, prosthodontics and oral surgery. Performs reception, chair-side assisting, inventory and dental records duties. Qualifications: • High School graduate or GED required. • Graduate from dental assistant school preferred. Dental certification required or a minimum of 3 yrs of experience as a chair-side Dental Assistant. • EDDA certificate desired but not required. • Current CPR certification required. • X-ray certification required. • Previous dental assistant experience desired, but not required. • Bi-lingual preferred.
