Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 16 Patient Ratios : 2:1, at times 3:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : MT, at times a tech is staffed depending on census Type of equipment : Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, Hemodynamic monitoring Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 36 hours weekly Floating policy: Float in rotation with core staffing Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have Critical thinking, self-motivated Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Central line insertions, dialysis catheter insertions Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH Dress Code (Required uniform) Scrubs – any color, no denim, capris, or camo About HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA At HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, healthcare is not just about the four walls of a facility but about the people who provide and receive care.
