Clinical Program Lead, Menopausal Health Program - Atlantic Health

Overview Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest nonprofit healthcare systems, seeks an OB/GYN to lead a new systemwide Menopausal Health Program in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. The Clinical Program Lead will serve as the clinical, strategic, and operational leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive menopausal care program across the system. Key Responsibilities Design and launch a systemwide menopausal health program. Establish standardized, evidence‑based clinical protocols and care pathways. Expand care delivery through in‑person services, telehealth, and innovative models. Develop strategic partnerships with external virtual menopause care platforms (e.g., Midi). Lead provider education and advance system‑wide clinical expertise. Collaborate across specialties to integrate menopausal care into broader care delivery. Drive program performance, quality outcomes, and patient experience. All deliveries and gynecologic surgeries are performed at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. Qualifications BC/BE by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey. Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team. Compensation Salary Range: $300,000–$345,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives.
