Private Credit Portfolio Management Analyst

The Private Credit, Portfolio Management Analyst will play a key role in supporting private credit investment activities for Constellation Investments. This role plays a key part in monitoring portfolio performance, assessing credit risk, and supporting data-driven investment decisions across a diverse portfolio of private credit investments. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to gain hands‑on experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, and investment decision‑making within a collaborative, high‑performing team. Your role and impact Monitor the ongoing performance of private credit investments, identifying trends, risks, and areas of concern Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and expedite underperforming assets to senior leadership Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and company performance to assess overall credit health Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses Prepare periodic reports and detailed portfolio reviews for senior stakeholders Monitor covenant compliance and evaluate the impact of any deviations Support quarterly valuation analysis and maintain portfolio data and reporting tools Conduct industry research to support portfolio monitoring and investment insights Partner with the investment team on additional opportunities and ad hoc analysis What's In It For You Competitive pay: Fair compensation for your hard work.
