Customer Service Agent (Bilingual -Spanish) Location: SPRING TX Workplace Type: On-site Placement Type: Contract-to-Hire (4 months) About the Role We are seeking empathetic, bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Agents to join our growing call center in Northwest Houston. As the first point of contact for our Medicare Advantage members, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and building trust. This is a full-time, on-site position in a collaborative, open-air workspace with natural light and ample parking. Key Responsibilities + Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism. + Assist with questions related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services. + Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve member issues while maintaining a human connection. + De-escalate concerns and provide personalized solutions. + Document interactions and share feedback to improve processes and member experience. + Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements. Must-Have Skills + Bilingual (Spanish-English) + Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (call center, healthcare, hospitality, or similar high-touch environment). + Strong empathy and active listening skills. + Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously. + Resilient, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Nice-to-Have Skills + Help desk or technical support experience. + healthcare (Memory Care, Hospice, Oncology). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
