Remote Part-Time Call Center Rep - Bilingual & Cross-Sell
First Community Credit Union (TX)
A Texas-based credit union is looking for a Part-Time Call Center Representative to work remotely. This role requires managing multiple daily calls while ensuring top-notch member service. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of customer service experience and be flexible to work until 8 PM during the week. Saturday availability is also required. A minimum of three to six months of onsite training in Houston is necessary, and bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
