Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, persistent, and metrics-driven Outbound Appointment Setter to fuel the top of our sales funnel for a growing U.S.-based direct-to-consumer home services brand specializing in premium in-home cleaning systems. Our business model relies on in-home product demonstrations where field sales representatives showcase our solutions directly to homeowners.

In this seat, you will act as the operational engine that keeps our field reps' calendars full. You will work through provided lead databases, engage homeowners by phone, spark interest in a complimentary in-home demonstration, and secure firm appointments. You are not closing deals or selling products over the phone—your singular mission is to book qualified, high-intent appointments that reliably show up.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume Outreach & Demo Booking

• Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns through provided daily lead lists to schedule in-home product demonstrations.
• Value Engagement: Generate genuine homeowner interest in the demo experience following established communication scripts without overselling or making unapproved promises.
• Metric Execution: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance benchmarks for total dials, live conversations, and booked appointments.

2. Pipeline Management & No-Show Prevention

• Follow-Up Cadence: Work leads systematically through structured multi-touch follow-up cycles, including scheduled callbacks and multi-attempt contact strategies.
• CRM Data Hygiene: Log every call outcome, disposition, and contact note accurately inside the CRM to keep the sales pipeline clean and organized.
• Confirmation Protocol: Execute pre-appointment confirmation and reminder touchpoints with homeowners to minimize no-shows, promptly rebooking or rescheduling any canceled appointments.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Language Coverage

• Calendar Management: Coordinate directly with field sales representatives to ensure real-time calendar alignment and accurate territory availability.
• Bilingual Support: Engage Spanish-speaking prospects in their preferred language when necessary to maximize conversion opportunities across target demographics.
• Feedback Loops: Share real-time insights regarding lead quality, common objections, and contact patterns with leadership to continuously refine outbound scripts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Outbound Sales Experience: Proven background in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone-based lead generation within sales, home services, or direct-to-consumer industries.
• Communication & Language Fluency: Fluent, clear, and friendly spoken English, with strong conversational skills and a customer-centric phone presence. Fluent Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
• High-Volume Resilience: Complete comfort operating in a high-volume, metrics-driven phone environment, demonstrating the emotional resilience and discipline required to handle rejection constructively.
• Operating Systems & Hardware: Hands-on experience navigating CRM platforms and VoIP/dialer systems. Must possess a reliable computer, professional headset, and stable high-speed internet connection in a quiet home office setup.
• Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work dedicated shifts during U.S. business hours.

• Direct experience booking in-home demonstrations or field sales appointments.
• Background in home services, direct sales, or high-ticket consumer product environments.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Booked & Held Appointments: Achieving weekly targets for qualified in-home demonstrations booked that successfully result in completed field visits.
• Show Rate Optimization: Maintaining a high appointment show rate through disciplined pre-demo confirmation sequences.
• Outreach Velocity & CRM Accuracy: Maintaining high daily call volumes paired with 100% accurate call disposition logging inside the CRM.
