Junior Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities and qualifications will include but are not limited to:Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesRespond to telephone calls, take messages, and direct callers or visitors to requested staff.Prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, and emails for distribution across the organization.Assist with travel vouchers.Arrange conference calls and schedule meetings.Compose calendars, schedules, and itineraries.Monitor and provide inventory control for office supplies.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have any supervisor responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Knowledge And SkillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams.Proficiency in video conferencing technology, including Video Tele Conferences, Webex, and Zoom.Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Familiarity with military customs and courtesies.Understanding of Department of Defense processes.Education and/or ExperienceBA/BS degree0 to 3 years of experience providing administrative and clerical support.Minimum Security ClearanceCurrent active Secret ClearancePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
