Server- High School/College Students

Location: Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living Compensation: $13/hr - $15/hr, based on experience and position. Part-Time, flexible with your school schedule. Scholarship opportunities. No experience required, training is provided. Start of shift options are 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm. Finish shift between 8:30pm/9pm. PTO in accordance with applicable state law Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age How you will make an impact Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently What you will need Be 16+ years old No experience required!
