Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry

Job TitleResponsible for all aspects related to entering the medication orders for various facilities. Ensuring that all Third-Party claims are billed properly.Job DutiesProvides customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilitiesResponsible for accurate data entry of patient profiles and medicationsMaintaining accurate information for patients and facilitiesResponsible for billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each monthMaintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisorMay be required to travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchangesMay assist in orienting and training new employeesResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsAttendance Requirements:Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts.Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.Educational Requirements:Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDPreferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related fieldExperience:Preferred: Hospital, Long-term Care or Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred3-6 months experience as a pharmacy technicianRequired (Vermont Employees):Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy TechnicianRequired (New Hampshire Employees):Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy TechnicianRequired (Ohio Employees Only):Registered with the State of Ohio as a Pharmacy TechnicianJob Skill Requirements:Strong communication skillsOutstanding customer service skillsExcellent organization skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeBroad knowledge of medications and physician ordersGeneral computer and keyboarding skillsCompensation:$18-21.00 per hourThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
