Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the area surrounding De Pere, WI. This position focuses on delivering exceptional speech and language services to a diverse student population, working onsite during the 2026-2027 academic year. You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students, spanning elementary, middle, and high schools, contributing directly to their growth and communication skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Prior experience providing SLP services within a school setting.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver targeted interventions.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and documentation as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes in accordance with school and district policies.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and families to foster student success.
• Adapt therapeutic strategies to accommodate various age groups and communication needs.
