This remote role is structured to foster a supportive and flexible work environment. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to manage your caseload and engage with clients via telephone and video conferencing. You will work standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Generate detailed and accurate records of client interactions, progress reports, and referrals to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in case conferences with team members and provide testimony in court when necessary.

• Act as a key worker in a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration among medical and therapeutic personnel.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Harmony Hills Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
