Client Support Specialist

ADP is hiring a Client Support Specialist . In this role, you will serve as ADP's front‑line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 50 and 999 employees. Every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide to each client. You will have a steady stream of new questions, and our top‑ranked training will help you set up for success. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics‑driven call center environment as part of a structured day. You build rapport, establish trust, and shine with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for clients to understand and act upon, earning high client satisfaction scores. Pace should not scare you. Responsibilities Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver – work independently or as a team as a consultant servicing ADP's products/technology, taking broad perspectives to resolve issues and provide solutions. Build Relationships – communicate with clients by phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed expectations while upholding integrity. Educate and Provide Recommendations – leverage ADP product and services knowledge to help clients understand our products' value, turning client input into recommendations for best practices and training. Organize – adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, with increased phone time during peak seasons. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience in client service/customer service or systems integration environment. Availability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
