This individual manages projects from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, customer requirements, operational excellence objectives, and compliance expectations.The Project Manager serves as a key business partner, facilitating collaboration across National Accounts, Sales, Operations, Contracting, Technology, Finance, Customer Success, MPB Support Services, and 340B teams.The successful candidate will demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and leverage project management, Lean Six Sigma, and change management methodologies to drive operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple concurrent projects and initiatives with moderate to high complexity.Develop project charters, implementation plans, timelines, success metrics, and governance structures.Partner with National Accounts Leadership, 340B RxO teams, MPB Support Services, and Field Sales.Manage day-to-day activities supporting MHS, National Accounts, and 340B strategic initiatives.Conduct audits and compliance tracking of workstreams and project deliverables.Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, SOP development, and operational efficiencies.Maintain project documentation, risks, assumptions, issues, and action logs.Develop executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership communications.Support organizational readiness, training, adoption, and change management activities.Facilitate meetings, stakeholder engagement sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.Expected OutcomesSuccessfully deliver projects on time and aligned with business objectives.Improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance performance.Strengthen enterprise collaboration and process standardization.Enhance visibility through meaningful executive reporting and project metrics.Minimum RequirementDegree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.Critical Skills4+ years of project management, process improvement, or operational excellence experience.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or health system environments.Understanding of Health Systems, GPO operations, pricing, contract administration, and 340B programs preferred.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification preferred.PMP certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.Salary: 79,600.00 - 106,100.00 - 132,600.00USD Annual wit 15% MIPBudgeted target approx.~ 100K - 106,100K with 15% MIP.Working ConditionsLarge percent of time performing computer-based work is required.>25% travel within assigned territory. Position may require some overnight business trips during the year.This position is a hybrid work arrangement based on recent updates to our in-office/work?from?home model. If located in DFW area, the selected candidate will be expected to work on?site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.
