Become a Key Player as a Talent Partner 4You will drive candidate generation and deliver high-quality talent to hiring partners, ensuring a steady pipeline for critical roles. You will collaborate with recruiting partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional experts to influence hiring strategy and market positioning. This is a Hybrid role (onsite cadence noted as hybrid).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Identify, prospect, and present short-lists of exceptional candidates to Talent Partners
- Manage 10+ critical searches concurrently across various phases of the recruiting cycle
- Conduct market research and present competitive landscape insights supported by research and market data
- Market and advertise critical roles across external sites, blogs, user groups, and social networks
- Maintain continuous sourcing to ensure a steady stream of talent regardless of vacancy approval status
- Advise recruiting partners and hiring managers on candidate positioning and market trends
- 0–3+ years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting
- Strong business acumen and up-to-date knowledge of market trends
- Current with social technologies and candidate sourcing best practices and techniques
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Proven networking skills and ability to build relationships with passive candidates
- Comfortable handling rejection and overcoming objections
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Acrobat
- Flexible, positive attitude and calm under pressure
- Full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred but not required)
$50.70 - $63.38/hour
