Duffy's ServerPosition: Duffy's ServerReports To: General ManagerJob Summary: Responsible for following the steps of excellent service to provide a memorable experience for our guests. Major areas of responsibility:Escort guests to their tables when needed.Review MVP program with all guests.Strong MVP Program knowledge.Review menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, upsell to improve their dining experience and raise check average.
