High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience

Valid driver's license

Social security card

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support

Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings

Monitor clients' health status and report any changes

Maintain accurate records of client care activities

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
