We’re looking for a Sr. Creative Recruiter to join our team and support hiring for Translation, our creative advertising agency that partners with some of the world’s most recognized brands.You’ll recruit across creative, strategy, production, and account roles, from Creative Directors and Strategists to Producers and Account leaders, while also helping build freelance teams for agency projects. You’ll partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process and help improve our recruiting operations, candidate experience, and hiring quality.This role is based in our Brooklyn, NY Office 4 days a week. What You'll DoFull-Cycle RecruitingManage the end-to-end recruiting process across a wide variety of corporate, technical, creative, and business roles.Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview plans, and ideal candidate profiles.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and communication.Talent PartnershipAct as a strategic advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations.Facilitate interview calibration and drive effective hiring decisions.Influence stakeholders to ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring process.Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentProactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.Develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Build relationships with candidates across creative, technical, and business disciplines.Recruiting OperationsMaintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system.Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and talent community engagement.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to recruit a mix of corporate, technical, and creative talent.Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success attracting passive candidates.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to prioritize competing searches in a fast-paced environment.Experience using Greenhouse or another ATS.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement.Minimum Qualifications4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an advertising agency Proven track record of hiring high-performing talent across multiple functions and levels, including senior-level rolesPreferred QualificationsExperience with ADP, Greenhouse, and Google suite preferredAbout UnitedMasters, Inc.UnitedMasters has over 1.5 million artists on its platform and is growing rapidly. Over the last year, UnitedMasters artists have used our platform to land sync deals with major brands including the NBA, ESPN, Overtime Elite, Bose, Warner Brother Studios and in the NBA video game 2k. These deals give them additional money for their work and increase their exposure.Salary Hiring Range: $130,000 - $175,000Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. in some cases bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.)Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
