Lead daily pharmacy operations in an established independent compounding pharmacy located in the Arcadia/Phoenix area, with a career track that offers future ownership opportunities. This contract role is designed for a motivated pharmacist ready to manage and grow the business, transitioning to a permanent position with a competitive salary, benefits, and paid time off.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of pharmacy operations, including workflow, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
• Supervise a small, skilled team consisting of one compounding technician and one retail technician
• Oversee and participate in prescription compounding and dispensing processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and prescribers to enhance business growth
• Potentially assume the role of Pharmacist-in-Charge
• Drive operational performance and implement business development initiatives

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist license in Arizona or eligible for licensure
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
• Experience in compounding and working within an independent pharmacy is highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in pharmacy ownership and business growth
