FirstLine Schools seeks a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist II to provide on-site and remote IT assistance for students and staff across four campuses in New Orleans. The role troubleshoots hardware and software, repairs devices, and supports classroom technology, while maintaining service records in the ticketing system. The ideal candidate has 2+ years IT support experience, with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Google Apps for Education, plus a commitment to FirstLine’s mission and #J-18808-Ljbffr FirstLine Schools
