Food Plant Sanitation Technician

PLZ is seeking a sanitation technician to clean and sanitize intricate food manufacturing equipment in a high-risk environment. You will work with Maintenance and Quality to prevent contamination, adhering to GMP/HACCP, FDA rules, and strict PPE/LOTO safety protocols. The role supports Lean initiatives and continuous improvement in sanitation methods. Successful candidates will handle CIP/COP systems familiarity, document sanitation steps, and maintain a clean, safe work environment on the plant #J-18808-Ljbffr
