Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or as a line cook is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Schedule
- Part-time schedule with evening and weekend shifts required.
