The hours of operation are flexible, with appointments scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, allowing our team to accommodate morning and evening preferences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and design individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall functional mobility.
• Administer a range of manual therapy techniques and exercise programs tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly to ensure maximum rehabilitation effectiveness.
• Maintain a patient load averaging one individual per hour, balancing quality care with efficient reporting and documentation.
• Document all treatments and interventions accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care and referrals when necessary.
• Promote wellness and preventive care strategies to help patients develop long-term healthy habits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients who are recovering from a variety of physical injuries, particularly those related to orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. The clinic's diverse patient base includes individuals of all ages and activity levels seeking to regain functionality and improve their quality of life. You will play an essential role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, motivating them to stay engaged and committed to their treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Virginia license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Clean record with no board or disciplinary actions related to your license.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy and exercise program design.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, specifically WebPT or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience collaborating in multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.
