Our team consists of two dedicated physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant, all committed to advancing patient health through personalized treatment plans.

Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Herndon, Virginia, our clinic provides a collaborative and supportive onsite environment. The team operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. The clinic is equipped with advanced technology and therapeutic tools designed to optimize our patients' recovery experiences. Our focus on collaboration extends to consultations with other health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to determine patient needs and establish individualized care plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatments, using a diverse range of techniques to promote mobility and reduce pain.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Develop fitness and wellness programs that cater to the specific needs of each patient, encouraging active participation in their recovery.
• Offer alternatives to surgery by demonstrating cost-effective treatment options that foster improved mobility.
• Document all patient interactions and care services comprehensively using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT.
• Engage in regular progress evaluations and communicate outcomes effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Encourage patients and motivate them through their treatment, focusing on optimizing functional living and lifestyle enhancements.

Our client base primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, including surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Patients typically seek our services for tailored rehab solutions that address their unique needs and goals. Our focus on wellness extends beyond rehabilitation, emphasizing preventative care and active involvement in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist License with no board actions or disciplinary issues.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and strength-focused exercises.
• Familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, is required for efficient patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a strong background in orthopedic outpatient therapy are highly preferred. Previous experience in a private practice setting may enhance adaptability and integration into our team-focused environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, dependent upon experience and expertise.
