Generate motivated seller leads through inbound and outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up campaigns. Build and manage relationships with homeowners, distressed property owners, wholesalers, agents, attorneys, and other lead sources. Qualify motivated sellers and uncover opportunities to purchase off-market properties.

Analyze property values, repair estimates, ARV (After Repair Value), and investment potential. Negotiate purchase agreements that create win-win solutions for sellers while meeting company investment criteria. Coordinate inspections, due diligence, and contract execution through closing. Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline activity within our CRM. Collaborate closely with the Dispositions team to ensure every acquisition is positioned for a successful resale.

We're looking for an experienced Acquisitions Manager who knows how to build rapport with motivated sellers, negotiate profitable purchase contracts, and consistently bring quality deals into our pipeline.

We're a locally owned real estate investment company currently closing 3–5 off-market wholesale deals each month , and we're looking for someone who can help us significantly increase our acquisition volume.

Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based opportunity offering significant earning potential for high performers.

• Prospecting and generating off-market real estate opportunities.

• Responding quickly to inbound seller leads and following up on existing prospects.

• Building trust with homeowners and understanding their unique situations.

• Evaluating properties, estimating repairs, and determining offer prices.

• Negotiating purchase contracts while protecting company profitability.

• Managing seller relationships from initial contact through closing.

• Working closely with the dispositions team to ensure acquired properties meet investor demand.

• Tracking pipeline activity, KPIs, and seller communications within the CRM.

  You'll have the autonomy to manage your acquisitions pipeline while making a direct impact on the company's growth and profitability.

• Has proven experience in wholesale real estate acquisitions, real estate sales, or investment property acquisitions.

• Is confident negotiating directly with homeowners and motivated sellers.

• Can build rapport quickly and uncover seller motivation.
