Call Center Representative/ Mortgage Engagement Specialist

Schedule: Full-Time, In Office
Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with homeowners who have requested loan information online
- Verify customer information and provide a friendly first impression of Button Finance
- Identify qualified opportunities and transfer them to a licensed Loan Officer
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
- Learn our proven call process while developing your own natural communication style
- Meet daily performance goals while maintaining excellent customer service

Preferred Experience
One or more of the following is a plus:
- Call center experience
- Customer service
- Appointment setting
- Inside sales
- Collections
- Mortgage, banking, or financial services
No mortgage experience? No problem, we'll teach you.
