ServiceNow Solutions Architect

On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect for a contract opportunity in Orrville, OH.

Job Details

• The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
• 8+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Knowledgeable with the ServiceNow platform suite.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB and Knowledge.
• Experience with integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, SCOM, SMS Integration and other Infrastructure tools.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance Analytics.
• Familiar with ServiceNow scripting and security best practices.
• Competent in organizing, planning and prioritizing work in a fast‑paced environment.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is desired.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms.
• Consults with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.
• Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Perform productively at many levels, from the abstract world of enterprise architecture to the concrete day‑to‑day world of coding, in order to produce the final deliverable desired by the client.
• Design, implement, integrate and support ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Create documents that specify strategy, assessment, or design in a way that delivers obvious value to the client and is understandable by any stakeholder.
• Work closely with clients, subject matter experts and the client's team to understand requirements, establish priorities and project scope, and manage expectations and project delivery.
