Senior IS Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to multiple store locations to perform IT hardware installation and support tasks
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, networking equipment, and cabling
• Execute device imaging and basic system configuration activities
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service calls at assigned locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and basic connectivity issues onsite
• Complete required documentation, service reports, and paperwork accurately
• Follow daily instructions and support provided by lead or FTE team members
• Participate in on-call support for after-hours, weekend, and holiday store issues
• Maintain professional customer service while working across multiple sites
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within scheduled hours

Skills:

• Hardware installation and support (PCs, printers, networking devices)
• Field service and onsite troubleshooting
• Device imaging and basic configuration
• Customer service and communication skills
• Time management and ability to work independently
• Basic networking and cabling knowledge
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, etc.)?????
• 2–5 years of IT or hardware support experience
• High School diploma required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to travel daily between multiple locations
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
