Join the Ford Family where we value service to each other and the world as much as to our customers!Proven maintenance techs are routed into the main shop as apprentices to some of the industries top technicians that we employ.Quick Lube Technician ResponsibilitiesCheck and communicate oil level to teammatesEnsure tire pressure for proper inflationFill out Electronic Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection formsInspect and refill fluid levels as necessaryComplete vehicle inspectionRotate tires, torque lug nuts, and relearn TPMSReplace oil and oil filterClean and lubricate fittings as neededProviding excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes firstQualificationsDeep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilitiesEffective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improveAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentHigh School Diploma or GEDOne year in a service department preferred but no requiredValid driver’s license and clean driving recordBenefitsHourly pay plus bonus based on productivityHealth PlanDental Plan401 (K) w/ MatchingPaid Time OffOpportunities for advancementPaid TrainingUniforms Provided
