CNC Programmer/Operator

We're looking for a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to bring precision and expertise to our custom door production line. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and central to taking our fabrication processes to the next level. If you have a passion for high-quality woodworking, attention to detail, and experience in CNC programming and operation, we'd love to have you on our team.Outcomes we need the person in this position to achieve:Meet daily, weekly and monthly production objectives by implementing effective processes and proceduresEffectively program and set-up the machine to perform the relevant jobs assigned by engineeringEfficiently translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for productionRegularly ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the companyOversee the machine during production and ensure the machine is producing the desired resultsCheck machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionalityPlan stock inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available; anticipate upcoming needsMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions, all under the direction of the maintenance departmentRoll up your sleeves and build really cool doors!
