Position Description:

CGI is seeking a detail oriented Data Analyst to support Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives within a large financial services environment. This role focuses on analyzing customer identity user access and operational data to deliver actionable insights improve data quality and support product management decisions.

This position is required in one of the following locations: Birmingham AL Columbia SC Knoxville TN or Lafayette LA

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Data Analyst will collaborate with Product Owners Developers and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements develop Tableau dashboards investigate operational issues and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL expertise experience with data visualization and reporting and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions
. Ability to analyze user organization and access management data
. Experience documenting business rules metric definitions and reporting requirements
. Strong data quality analysis and root cause investigation skills
. Ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations
. Experience working with Product Owners Developers Operations and business stakeholders
. Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
. Familiarity with identity and access management data is preferred
. Strong SQL skills for data analysis reconciliation reporting and investigations


Desired Skillset:


. Strong experience analyzing customer user organization or access management data
. Advanced SQL skills for data analysis reconciliation reporting and investigations
. Experience developing or supporting Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions
. Ability to gather and document reporting requirements business rules metrics and data specifications
. Experience investigating data quality issues process failures and operational incidents
. Strong understanding of data analysis root cause investigation and data validation
. Ability to translate complex findings into clear business insights and recommendations
. Experience working with product owners developers operations teams and business stakeholders
. Strong communication documentation organization and problem solving skills
. Knowledge of identity and access management concepts is highly preferred
. Financial services or other regulated industry experience is a plus


Educational Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics Business Analytics or a related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $123200.00 $156700.00.
