Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license required
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work effectively with children across K-12 grades
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to foster student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Deliver services to caseloads of approximately 30 to 60 students, depending on assignment details
