Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in West Palm Beach, FL . The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of apartment leasing experience , excellent sales and customer service skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective and current residents. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are required , and Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Yardi experience preferred
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Convert prospects into qualified applicants through effective sales techniques
• Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text communication
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect information in Yardi or other property management software
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competing communities
• Support community marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with Fair Housing regulations
• Assist with resident events and community engagement activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Voyager or Yardi Breeze
• Experience with online leasing platforms and CRM systems
• Strong closing and sales abilities
• Prior experience in a multifamily apartment community
