This lead HVAC sales position works 8-hour shifts or rotating/segmented 4-hour shifts , and the ability to work weekends is a big plus. In addition, this lead sales position earns a competitive wage of $17.00 an hour , a per-lead tiered commission plan, plus a $100 bonus per install job sold. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Lead Generator - Sales Ambassador, you are the face of our company! Since you are in the store with customers, you get to put your knowledge of our HVAC services and products to work in real-time. You communicate a thorough understanding of features, benefits, product differences, and services to our clients. Your multitasking skills help you to input client information on a tablet while maintaining excellent customer service. Thanks to your motivation to continually grow our client base and your engaging personality, you easily acquire jobs for our HVAC services and skyrocket our sales growth.
