Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/Psychologist)

Position Overview LifeStance Health is currently hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in the South Shore. The role may be split between integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. The position is ideal for clinicians who have experience working across the lifespan in a primary care environment and enjoy a fast‑paced setting. Responsibilities Provide integrated behavioral health care within a primary care office and participate in primary care teams. Focus primarily on pediatric patients, addressing acute and chronic health conditions as well as mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment. Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and consult frequently with medical professionals. Work well in a fast‑paced, interdisciplinary setting and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Qualifications Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW or PsyD) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen. Experience working with patients across the lifespan and in a primary care setting. Exposure to empirically supported treatments. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $75,000 – $100,000, with compensation based on productivity. Fees are FFS model. 2 days telehealth, 3 days in office – flexible scheduling. Above average W‑2 compensation.
